Working across Segment Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technical Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and program teams, the role creates visibility from award and business case through implementation, launch, revenue realization and sustainable profitability. The position does not replace operational or program ownership; it provides financial rigor, cross-segment coordination, challenge and executive insight for PCI’s highest-priority growth programs.
A key initial priority is to establish the standardized coding, accounting methodologies, ERP requirements and change-management framework needed to create reliable program-level P&L and profitability visibility.

Partner with program and operational leaders from award through launch and stabilization, ensuring financial requirements are embedded in program plans.
Ensure each selected NPI program is established with appropriate project coding, accounting treatment, financial baselines and reporting requirements from inception.
Establish consistent visibility of milestones, readiness, resources, investment requirements, revenue timing, margin development and cash implications.
Monitor performance against approved economics and identify delays, scope changes, cost under-recovery and other emerging risks.
Provide constructive challenge, quantify financial consequences and support corrective actions and escalation where required.
Prepare concise NPI performance reviews and executive updates with clear decisions, owners and follow-through.
Focus: Ensure priority NPI programs progress with appropriate financial rigor, transparency and accountability.
Strategic Initiatives & Value Realization (25%)
Develop and challenge business cases, scenario models and investment evaluations, including assumptions, sensitivities, risks and expected returns.
Establish benefit baselines and track delivery of costs, timing, revenue, margin and value against approved business cases.
Identify value leakage, performance gaps and changes to expected economics, and ensure actions are visible to accountable leaders.
Support prioritization of initiatives based on strategic importance, customer commitments, execution capacity and financial impact.
Partner with Finance Operations leadership on value-creation and long-range planning priorities.
Focus: Ensure strategic initiatives deliver their approved financial and business outcomes.
Award-to-Revenue & Program Profitability (25%)
Maintain a clear view of major awards, implementation status, expected revenue phasing and key dependencies across segments.
Partner with Segment Finance Leads to assess revenue, contribution margin, capital, working-capital, capacity and resource implications.
Connect commercial assumptions with operational readiness and identify risks to launch timing, revenue conversion and program profitability.
Support actions to accelerate revenue realization, recover agreed costs and protect the economics of customer programs.
Establish consistent program-level reporting that links operational milestones to financial outcomes.
Focus: Improve the speed, predictability and profitability of converting awards into revenue.
NPI Finance Capability, Systems & Change Management (15%)
Establish standardized NPI coding, project structures and data requirements across segments and ERP environments.
Align NPI accounting methodologies with relevant Finance owners, including revenue recognition, cost accounting, capitalization, accruals and the treatment of NPI fees.
Define the reporting requirements needed to produce reliable program-level revenue, cost, margin and P&L visibility.
Partner with Accounting, Segment Finance, Corporate FP&A, Business Process Optimization and IT to implement required ERP configurations, reporting solutions and process controls.
Lead the Finance Operations change-management effort, including process adoption, training, governance and consistent use of the new standards.
Establish practical interim reporting solutions while progressing toward a scalable, system-enabled NPI reporting model.
Focus: Build the accounting, data and systems foundation required for consistent NPI reporting, program profitability and decision support.
Measures of Success
Improved visibility, governance and predictability across priority NPI and strategic programs.
Timely identification and resolution of financial, operational and commercial risks.
Improved conversion of awarded business into revenue and targeted profitability.
Transparent delivery against approved business cases, including costs, timing and value realization.
Consistent, decision-oriented reporting and effective cross-segment collaboration.

8+ years of progressive experience in finance, operational finance, commercial finance, FP&A, strategic finance, program finance or a comparable discipline.
Experience supporting complex, cross-functional programs in an international or matrixed organization.
Strong financial modeling, business-case development, scenario analysis and executive communication capability.
Ability to connect operational milestones and risks with revenue, margin, cash, capital and investment outcomes.
