BathWorks of Michigan is one of the fastest-growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealers in the nation, specializing in high-quality, one-day bath and shower transformations and delivering a world-class customer experience.

We're looking for a Market Sales Manager to lead our Novi market, based out of our Wixom office. This leader will develop our Design Consultants, drive sales performance, and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

We aren't looking for someone who simply manages KPIs. We're looking for a servant-minded leader who knows that the best results come from developing great people.

What You'll Own

You'll lead a team of 15–20 Design Consultants, spending significant time in the field coaching, developing, and driving performance. You'll:

• Coach and develop Design Consultants through 4–6 ride-alongs per week, sales meetings, and ongoing training
• Own market sales performance, KPIs, forecasting, and improvement plans
• Build a culture of accountability, healthy competition, and celebrating wins
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development as the team continues to grow
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Care to deliver a world-class customer experience

What You Bring

• We're looking for someone with 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience
• , ideally within home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales.
• We're especially interested in someone who brings: Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using sales data and CRM reporting to identify opportunities and improve results
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned market
• Flexibility to be available when your team is working, including evenings and Saturdays as needed

Position Details:

This role reports to the Director of Operations, is based out of our Wixom office, and requires significant field travel. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
