• 📍 Location: Venice, FL
• 🕒 Schedule: ✅ Monday-Friday ✅ No Weekends

What You'll Be Doing: Patient check-in and check-out Scheduling patients and managing multiple provider calendars Insurance verification Answering high-volume phone calls Maintaining patient records and documentation Assisting with administrative and office support duties Handling patient concerns professionally Supporting daily office operations Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of medical office experience ✔ Front desk medical office experience ✔ Insurance verification experience ✔ Experience managing provider schedules ✔ Strong customer service skills ✔ Experience answering high-volume phone calls ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ✔ Ability to maintain patient confidentiality ✔ Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Experience:
