Caregiver $20-$25

Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes.

You will play an important role in helping clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their daily routines. From assisting with personal care and mobility to preparing meals and providing companionship, your presence can make a meaningful difference in a client's day.

If you are available Monday through Friday, enjoy working with older adults, and are comfortable providing personal care, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mobility, toileting, bathing, grooming, and other personal care needs, including incontinence care.
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with daily routines and activities.
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding and hydration when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Document care activities and promptly communicate concerns or changes to the care team.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation, as required by applicable regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance, when required for the assignment.
• Reliable, dependable, and available to work Monday through Friday.
• Willing and comfortable providing hands-on personal care to clients.
