What you’ll be doing...
Go-to-Market Integration Lead
We are seeking an agile, strategically minded Go-To-Market Integration Lead to join our team supporting the Verizon In-House Agency and creative strategy team. In this role, you will do much more than manage project timelines—you will serve as a strategic engine driving key marketing initiatives across brand and mobility marketing. The ideal candidate connects macro strategy with micro execution, bringing critical thinking to every workstream to bridge creative ambition, stakeholder priorities, and seamless GTM execution.
This person should have incredible attention to detail, a bias to action, and be able to manage parts of multiple projects at the same time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level marketing goals into actionable execution plans, drafting and refining creative briefs, while applying sharp strategic framing to shepherd work through senior leadership approvals
- Serve as the strategic hub uniting in-house creative leads, marketing leads, media and production leads to resolve roadblocks, align priorities and drive cross-functional momentum.
- Drive creative development and delivery across full-funnel touchpoints, from online video to social and digital advertising
- Oversee the operational rhythm of campaigns, including creative rotation schedules, deliverables and trafficking process for key campaigns
- Ensure compliance against all partner requirements, ensuring feedback is correctly incorporated, e.g., legal, partner and compliance requirements
- What we’re looking for...
- You are a strategic integrator who bridges big-picture brand vision and operational precision. Thriving in fast-paced creative environments, you know how to distill complex business priorities into clear, actionable creative briefs and drive cross-functional alignment across senior stakeholders, creative leads, and production partners. You bring exceptional problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and a bias to action - effortlessly balancing the operational cadence of full-funnel campaigns with high creative standards. Above all, you are a collaborative connector who builds momentum across diverse teams to shepherd ambitious work seamlessly from concept through to market launch.
- You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Agency or in-house agency experience.
- Experience building, refining, and evaluating creative briefs from high-level marketing strategies.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end go-to-market execution and delivery across full-funnel digital touchpoints (e.g., OLV, social, digital advertising).
- Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing complex stakeholder review cycles, including legal, compliance, business affairs, and partner integrations.
- Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience within the telecommunications, technology, or consumer mobility industries.
- In-depth knowledge of creative trafficking, asset delivery workflows, and dynamic rotation schedules across paid and owned channels.
- Experience presenting strategic rationales and campaign milestones directly to senior marketing leadership.
- Proficiency in enterprise workflow, creative management, and project tracking tools (such as Workfront).
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous, high-volume environments while proactively anticipating operational bottlenecks.
- If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.
- Where you’ll be working
- In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
