We are currently seeking Janitorial business owners and their employees to provide commercial cleaning services for clients in the Kingston, Oak Ridge, Loudon and Harriman areas.
City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, facilitating janitorial and more than 25 additional maintenance services for every client. We pride ourselves on being a partner that helps save time and solve problems!

Requirements
- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: Valid Business License
- General Liability insurance
- Worker's Compensation Insurance (if applicable)
- Federal EIN #
- Professional business practices and good communication skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- An already established business
- At least one employee or co-owner in addition to the business owner. *We are urgently in need of 4-6 person crews for larger buildings in the area.
Benefits
This is a contract position and is not benefits eligible, however we do offer guaranteed on time pay (once per month), business growth opportunities, support on client expectations, supply discounts, training opportunities and appreciation events throughout the year.
