Caregiver Responsible for:
Assisting client with ADL's
Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer)
Positioning
Bathing as needed
Catheter care
Going out with client to appointments as needed
Light duty house work such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to work independently with integrity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
