- Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, or per prevailing wage
- Job Summary
- The Construction Laborer supports field operations on job sites, assisting with site preparation and general labor tasks such as; shoveling, backfilling, compacting trenches and working with small tools and equipment.
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including but not limited to digging, lifting, and backfilling
- Assist equipment operators
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies and supervisor instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Driver’s License preferred; Must be valid state issued
- Must comply with all site safety requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with ease
