Occupational Therapist - $80 to 90 per hour - Part Time

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated part-time Occupational Therapist to work at a charter school. This role will provide both inclusion and pull-out occupational therapy services for a current caseload of 8 total students who are in elementary school and middle school.

Responsibilities

• Provide both inclusion and pull-out occupational therapy services for a current caseload of 8 total students who are in elementary school and middle school.
• Attend your students' IEP meetings.
• Write new OT IEP goals and benchmarks.
• Write quarterly progress reports.
• Complete formal initial and three-year reevaluation assessments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• DESE and/or Massachusetts certification as an OT
• Must be licensed
• Must get along with people and children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Additional Requirements
• Option of working one 8-hour day or two 4-hour days per week.
• The day must be Monday - Thursday. Not Friday.
