Job Description
Flowcode
Flowcode builds the infrastructure that turns omnichannel marketing touchpoints into measurable, actionable first-party IDs, enabling Fortune 500 brands in financial services, travel and hospitality, automotive, and technology to personalize customer experiences at scale. As the leading offline-to-online conversion and measurement platform, Flowcode is committed to building direct connections between brands and their customers.
Our products unify customer experiences and data across every channel a brand already buys, physical and digital.
Role
As an Account Executive, Strategic Accounts, you will sell Flowcode into the marketing organizations of leading brands across Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Automotive, and Technology. This is not a traditional SaaS sales role. You will sell campaigns: bringing CMOs and brand leaders ideas for how Flowcode makes their TV spots, sponsorships, out-of-home, print, packaging, and live experiences shoppable, measurable, and connected to first-party data.
Flowcode works across every channel a brand already buys, so you're not selling media inventory; you're selling the layer that makes all of it measurable. Sports marketing is a major emphasis. Many of our best brand activations live inside league, team, and broadcast partnerships, and you will help brands get more out of the sponsorship dollars they already spend.
This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role: you carry a number and a named set of target brands, and you are accountable for landing marquee campaigns and growing them into ongoing, multi-campaign programs. The ideal candidate thinks like a strategist, pitches like an agency lead, and closes like a seller.
Responsibilities
- Own a named set of target brands across Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Automotive, Technology, and Pharma, with full accountability for new revenue and expansion against an annual number
- Sell campaigns, not software: develop and pitch creative, insight-led campaign concepts that show how Flowcode drives engagement, conversion, and measurable outcomes on a brand's upcoming marketing moments
- Build and deepen relationships with CMOs, VPs of Brand Marketing, Heads of Sponsorship and Partnerships, and media leads, earning a seat in annual and campaign planning conversations
- Lead sports-driven opportunities, helping brands activate league, team, and broadcast sponsorships (in-stadium, in-broadcast, and fan experiences) with Flowcode at the center
- Partner with brands' creative, media, and sponsorship agencies, bringing them in as allies and co-sellers who build Flowcode into the campaigns they plan
- Run campaign deal cycles from idea through proposal, negotiation, and close, working through brand, agency, procurement, and legal stakeholders
- Work with Flowcode's Creative, Product, and Client Success teams to scope, launch, and report on campaigns, and turn results into case studies that fuel the next sale
- Drive a deliberate land-and-expand motion, turning a single hero campaign into an always-on program across a brand's channels, product lines, and regions
- Serve as the internal voice of the brand marketer, informing packaging, pricing, vertical playbooks, and competitive positioning
- Represent Flowcode at the moments where brand marketers gather, including Cannes Lions, Advertising Week, CES, and major sports and sponsorship forums
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline reporting for executive review
- Raise the bar for the broader Go-To-Market team by sharing campaign ideas, deal strategy, and vertical insight with peers
Qualifications
- 8+ years selling marketing solutions, media, sponsorships, or campaigns to brands. Agency (creative, media, experiential, or sports marketing), media sales, or sports property partnerships backgrounds are strongly preferred
- Track record of selling to CMOs and senior brand marketers, and an active network inside brand marketing organizations in one or more of our core verticals: Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Automotive, or Technology
- Sports marketing experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with how brands buy and activate league, team, venue, and broadcast sponsorships
- Proven record of consistently exceeding quota on six- and seven-figure campaign or program deals
- Understanding of how brand marketing budgets are planned and spent, including campaign calendars, agency roles, media mix, and how CMOs measure success
- A creative, idea-first selling style: comfortable building a campaign concept, a mockup, or a point of view on a brand's next big moment and taking it into the room
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to command a room of senior marketers and translate technology into business and brand outcomes
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to client challenges
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with changing priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with sales engagement tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- This is an in-office role at our office in SoHo, NYC.

The anticipated on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $180k–$250k, plus equity.
