Position Overview
A nursing home facility in Hackensack, NJ, is seeking an Internist or Nursing Home Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to residents. This position offers a competitive base salary with additional bonus potential and flexible scheduling options. Residents and fellows are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active NJ State Medical License (Required). Must also hold a valid New York State license and be willing to work in New York until the New Jersey location is established.
- Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Experience: Residents and fellows are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in geriatric medicine, chronic disease management, and electronic health records.
- Soft Skills: Excellent bedside manner, strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work effectively with elderly patients and their families.
