This role puts you right in the action of the Photolithography and Metrology area, taking ownership of preventive and corrective maintenance on high‑impact tools like Canon iW/i1/i4 steppers, Perkin Elmer aligners, SVG tracks, TEL ACT8 coaters/developers, Hitachi SEM, and IVS metrology systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Canon i1/iW/i4 stepper experience
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Deep semiconductor‑fab equipment maintenance background
- Sharp problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced production environments
- Solid SPC knowledge and real‑world implementation
- Engineering degree (AS, BS) or military technical training
