• Role Overview: As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.
• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
• No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.
• Uniform Standards: Maintained anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock: Brown Belt
• Brown Steel-Toe Boots
• Branded Polo (Provided)
• Branded Ball Cap or Beanie (Provided)
• Sweatshirt (Provided)
• Navy BLUE work pants or shorts
• Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles): DOT Medical Certification
• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
