Responsibilities
- As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- *Performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
- *Transports patient to rehabilitation therapy and accompanies to outside appointments
- *Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan.
Qualifications
- *Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification required
