Description
CURA of Watkins is seeking a compassionate and attentive Home Care Aide to join our Garden View assisted living team. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support and personal care to clients, promoting their comfort, independence, and well-being. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a safe environment, and offering companionship. We help HCAs receive their CNA, TMA certification, and start their Nursing careers through scholarships/tuition reimbursement!
We have a few opportunities, including:
- Part-Time Evenings with flexible hours - 2:30pm-10:30pm
- Wage starts at: $17.50 + Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks.
- Support clients with medication administration as needed.
- Help with light housekeeping.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to healthcare supervisors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
Requirements
- ·Previous experience in home care or similar roles is an advantage.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to follow care plans and work independently.
