Overview

We are seeking a Full Time Floor Tech to join our team!

Northern Utah Rehabilitation Hospital in South Ogden, Utah provides specialized inpatient rehabilitation for patients in Ogden, Weber County, and surrounding areas of northern Utah. Our hospital is dedicated to guiding individuals through recovery from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other complex medical conditions that require intensive therapy.

We are seeking a Floor Tech to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

• Required Skills: Previous floor technician/environmental services experience preferred.
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Additional Qualifications/Skills: Knowledgeable of appropriate healthcare environmental services procedures
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintains prescribed standards of cleanliness for assigned areas and follows prescribed procedures and work schedules. Cares for hard surface floors.  Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
