Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams from sprint planning through production deployment under the VA DevSecOps Release Framework.
Enforce release gates, code scanning and deployment packages.
Lead integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS and Oracle Health EHR.
Build solution roadmaps and advise VA on modernization, AI/ML and emerging technology.
Run SAFe events across teams and report solution status in VA tools.

Qualifications

13+ years of experience, including 8+ years in software engineering (Senior / Level III).
3+ years as a federal technical or solution lead.
Experience delivering under a federal DevSecOps release framework with CI/CD and release gates.
Desired Skills: Integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS or Oracle Health EHR.
AI/ML or supply chain optimization solutions.
ServiceNow/Nuvolo or Maximo solution design.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
One or more of: SAFe APSM, SAFe POPM, SAFe Architect, SAFe Agilist, TOGAF, COBIT.
Red Hat Certified Engineer or Specialist in Cloud-Native Applications.
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.
Location: Remote, USA.
Pay Range: The suggested pay for this position ranges from $115,546 to $125,875.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
