Digital Sales Coordinator

The Digital Sales Coordinator will support WDKY’s sales team to deliver effective marketing solutions and best-in-class customer service to their advertising partners. The Digital Sales Coordinator works collaboratively within the sales team, supporting the department with all aspects of the digital sales operation including, but not limited to: Training, Digital Sales Materials, Campaign pacing, Campaign Coordination, Campaign Performance Metrics, Communication with both internal and external teams

Responsibilities:

• Digital sales order entry
• Coordinates creative and traffic for digital advertising campaigns
• Campaign measurement and optimization, which includes digital reporting and analytics
• Order entry workflows and best practices
• Works with SAM to create digital sales opportunities for entire sales team
• Coordinates promotions with Live from Chevy Chase
• Assists with station contesting, sweepstakes, promotions and special projects
• Assist Director of Sales with duties as assigned
• Expert knowledge in Nexstar’s digital suite of services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years working in a digital marketing support role
• Foundational knowledge of local digital marketing tactics such as SEM, OTT, Display, Digital Video and Social Media Marketing.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and a skillful multi-tasker
• Effective communication and client presentation skills
• Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Products including Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and Canva. Experience with media industry order and traffic systems (Wide Orbit) a plus.
