Construction Manager – Owner's Representative

America At Work is recruiting an experienced

Construction Manager – Owner's Representative to oversee construction activities for a major cGMP manufacturing facility expansion near Fresno, California.

This is a hands-on, site-based leadership opportunity for a construction professional experienced in managing General Contractors, coordinating complex industrial projects, and protecting the owner's interests.

What You'll Do: Represent the owner during onsite construction activities.

Oversee General Contractor performance, safety, quality, and schedules.

Coordinate RFIs, submittals, equipment deliveries, and installation.

Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and project risks.

Collaborate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.

Monitor project milestones and provide progress reports.

Required Qualifications: What We're Looking For 8+ years of construction management or capital project experience.

Experience with industrial, manufacturing, process, or life sciences facilities.

Strong background overseeing General Contractors and field construction.

Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, construction schedules, and contractor coordination.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work onsite in Fresno, CA throughout the assignment.

Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications: cGMP experience, previous Owner's Representative responsibilities, and commissioning/startup exposure.
