- ．測試工程 - 測試平台設置和測試程式開發/測試數據分析和報告
- ．封裝研發 - 半導體封裝製程的研發相關專案（依製程站點）
- ．品質工程 - 產品品質驗證與資料分析
- ．失效分析（Failure Analysis）－透過儀器實驗以分析晶片的故障原因
- ．製程工程 - 製程站點業務與分析產品品質（依製程站點）
- ．設備工程 - 硬體開發/改善相關專案
- ．工業工程 - 精準產能，避免產能浪費和短缺
- ．資訊工程/資訊管理專案 - AI Agent專案推動 / AI模型驗證分析 / 流程自動化改善/Dashboard建置
- ．廠務 - 負責環境品質管制/廠務系統圖面建置/Facility數據流程自動化/AI模型驗證與分析
- ※ 台北（台北市南港區經貿一路170號13樓；MRT 南港展覽館站）
- ．財務 (Finance) - 協助協助搭建財務部門自動化流程
- ．供應鏈管理 (SCM) - 負責供應鏈規劃與管理，協調供應商、物料、庫存及交期，以確保生產與出貨需求順利達成
- ．資訊工程/資訊管理專案 - 流程自動化改善/Dashboard建置
- ．外包品質管理工程（External Quality）－協助跨產品與外包廠商的產品生產品質溝通
