Travel Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and service-focused

Travel Customer Support Coordinator to assist with travel research, reservation coordination, and client support. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating with customers, and managing details in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with destination and accommodation research, coordinating reservation details, responding to travel-related questions, maintaining accurate client information, and providing support throughout the travel planning process.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation options
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm travel information
• Respond professionally to client questions and requests
• Review itineraries and booking information for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records and communications
• Provide customer support before and after travel
• Use online travel platforms and digital communication tools

Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Customer-service-oriented approach
• Comfortable working independently and using online systems
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities
• Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or travel experience is helpful but not required
