Travel Client Success Specialist (Remote)
We're looking for motivated professionals who enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Travel Client Success Specialist, you'll help clients navigate every stage of the vacation planning process—from the initial consultation through their return home.
What You'll Do: Build relationships with new and returning clients
- Assist with vacation planning and reservation coordination
- Research destinations and travel options
- Answer client questions and provide ongoing support
- Maintain organized client records
- Ensure a smooth booking experience
