• Responsibilities:: Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises and add-on travel services
• Recommend cruise lines, itineraries, cabins, and excursions tailored to client needs
• Work with cruise suppliers to access special deals and group rates
• Handle changes, upgrades, or cancellations with care
• Track bookings, confirmations, and customer preferences
• Attend virtual trainings and supplier sessions to stay informed
