Position Overview

• Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with making and managing reservations for hotels, resorts, and travel-related services
• Provide clear and professional communication regarding booking details and availability
• Support the reservation process from inquiry through confirmation

• Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications
