About the Role
Join an early-stage real estate technology team building software to support property management operations. You will help shape the product and engineering practices, creating systems that give people and AI tools the context to coordinate leasing, maintenance, and accounting work.
What You'll Do
- Build the data models and workflows that power a property management operating system.
- Develop AI systems that use property context to complete tasks, identify missing information, and escalate to people when needed.
- Make practical engineering decisions in high-stakes areas such as payments, financial records, and resident communications.
- Ship software to real users, learn from system gaps, and iterate based on feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and shipping production software end to end, in backend or full-stack roles.
- Experience taking projects from problem definition through launch and iteration, ideally at an early-stage startup or as a founder or early engineer.
- Comfort with TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL, or the ability to learn these technologies quickly. Experience with other stacks is welcome.
- Ownership, rapid learning, and comfort working in an ambiguous environment.
