Job Description

Omnicom Health Market Access (OHMA) is seeking a Data Engineer, Analytics to join the recently formed Digital & Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and should thrive in a consultative role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our existing analytics products
• Analyze a wide range of datasets to inform our clients’ market access strategy and be able to connect the dots between data and business objectives
• Design and build static visualizations as well as interactive dashboards for data analysis
• Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience writing R or Python code (ability to use both required)
• 3+ years of experience using SQL
• 3+ years of experience building visualizations in a tool like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience building data pipelines on AWS or Azure
• A strong interest to learn the pharmaceutical industry and the market access ecosystem in depth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
• Process-oriented with great documentation skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience with Veeva CLM
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience working with LLM models or technical understanding of AI products
• 

$120,000 - $136,500
