Spring Oak Warrenton is seeking compassionate and dependable
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our assisted living team. Our motto, “Welcome to the Family,” reflects our commitment to creating a warm, supportive environment for residents and team members.
Responsibilities:: Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
Support residents with mobility, transfers, and other daily activities according to their service plans.
Provide companionship, encouragement, and respectful, resident-centered care.
Observe changes in residents’ conditions and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
Document care provided and communicate updates that support resident service plans.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:: Current
- Virginia CNA certification or completion of applicable
- PCA training.
- Completion of required training for the position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion, patience, and an understanding of the aging process.
- Dependability and the ability to work collaboratively with the care team.
