About the role:

The Executive Assistant to our Chief Transformation Officer will responsible for providing advanced administrative support to the transformation office. This position supports our Chief Transformation Officer by arranging schedules, preparing correspondence and reports, and managing communications, ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the executive office.

How you will contribute:

• Manage executive schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office professionally
• Prepare and format documents, demonstrating advanced proficiency in business software
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information
• Serve as an effective intermediary, facilitating clear communication between the executive and others
• Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff, enhancing team capabilities
• Analyze and address administrative challenges, applying creative problem-solving skills

• U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $42.40 - $66.63
