What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
What You’ll Do:
- You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
- Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
- Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
- Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

What You’ll Need:
Valid Driver’s License:
This position requires a valid driver’s license because driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices is an essential function of the job.
Schedule Flexibility
: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability:
- Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
Customer Focus
- : Build trust and create a great experience

- : Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
Determination
: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
