Field Resource Coordinators ensure technician resources service customers quickly and efficiently through day-of route changes and scheduling adjustments. The role solves immediate operational bottlenecks by managing real-time communication with field technicians and allocating additional jobs to external subcontractors. By balancing daily schedule fluctuations and answering escalated customer calls, this role drives best-in-class service delivery and customer satisfaction across the organization.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Communicating in real time with In-Home Service Professionals about any issues and the resulting changes to the routing
- Working with technicians to accommodate same day customer appointments
- Tracking and communicating appointments’ progress with field management
- Referring and assigning additional jobs to external subcontractors
- Answering incoming customer calls that arise and handling/transferring appropriately
- Remaining sharp. Different tasks are done throughout the day that require significant attention and accuracy

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
