The Direct Sales Department requires a Rewards and Recognition Specialist to lead employee engagement strategies across national onsite and work-at-home environments. This role addresses the challenge of building a cohesive company culture and maintaining continuous communication across distributed teams. Additionally, the specialist streamlines administrative operations, content generation, and event execution to drive overall program awareness and participation within budget constraints.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Develop, evaluate, and implement R&R engagement programs that boost employee awareness across onsite and virtual work environments
- Plan, promote, and execute site-level and national event logistics while managing facility coordination and vendor negotiations within budget
- Create clear communication materials across web, digital, and print channels to maximize incentive awareness for all Direct Sales employees
- Integrate generative AI applications to automate routine administrative workflows, optimize data handling, and accelerate departmental content production
- Maintain accurate inventory management, reward tracking, and accounting coordination to ensure compliance with fiscal and tax guidelines

- Practical capability in generative AI application and multimodal prompting to streamline documentation, workflow automation, and asset creation
- Professional written and verbal communication capabilities suitable for audience engagement ranging from localized team meetings to national presentations
- Expertise in third-party vendor negotiation, event logistics, and facility coordination to secure deliverables within budget
- Working proficiency in budget oversight, inventory allocation, and report generation to support site needs
- Strong decision-making and operational problem-solving skills to manage rapid organizational shifts and competing deadlines
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or recognition program administration
Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 1 year of experience with:
- Generative AI platforms (such as Google Gemini) for drafting and process optimization
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking
- Digital design software (such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) for promotional asset creation

Salary Range
Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change.
