Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & Spanish)

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at approx ⅓ of retail value. We are on a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste: alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re looking for an exceptional bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & Spanish) to join our team at Too Good To Go.

This is a part-time, fully remote role (within Texas), with core working days of Sunday-Tuesday. (You must reside in Texas for this role)

The Role:

You are the main point of contact for Too Good To Go users, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email and chat.

• Handle priority situations with a high level of care and work closely with the wider CX team to resolve user issues
• Act as a brand ambassador in all your communications with our users
• Understand and communicate our users' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally
• Utilize the knowledge base and wider CX communication channels to ensure accurate responses

We are looking for:

• Some experience in a Customer Service-related role
• Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English
• Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week with flexibility to increase hours per the business needs
• A first-class and inspiring communicator
• Someone who enjoys working with targets, KPIs, and takes pride in their performance
• A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts with our users

Detail-oriented individuals who are able to stay focused through repetitive tasks.

Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP is a nice-to-have.
