What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be an essential part of the patient care team, providing preventive and therapeutic services while helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and informed.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care tailored to each patient's needs.

Perform periodontal assessments, charting, preventive treatments, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy.

Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and the connection between oral and overall wellness.

Partner with dentists to develop personalized treatment recommendations.

Build strong patient relationships that encourage long-term preventive care.

Contribute your ideas, expertise, and positive energy to a collaborative team.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for licensure.
• A passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
