Establish and own governance frameworks for data quality, metric definitions, and reporting standards across the RL organization, ensuring consistency and accuracy in global performance measurement.
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities in ambiguous problem spaces, scoping analytical approaches and driving end-to-end delivery with minimal oversight.
Mentor and develop junior analysts and business partners, raising the analytical bar across the organization through coaching and best practice sharing.
