This position plays an important role in helping our employees, maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll processes, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring essential administrative functions operate smoothly.

Pay Rate: $20/per hour

Office Hours: 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

What You'll Do

• As a Human Resources/Fiscal Assistant, you'll provide a wide range of administrative and operational support, including:
• Maintaining confidential personnel and fiscal records
• Filing, scanning, indexing, and organizing physical and electronic documents
• Responding to employee and applicant inquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Maintaining and updating HR databases and tracking systems
• Assisting with employment verifications, unemployment responses, surveys, and compliance-related reporting
• Supporting recruitment and hiring processes
• Assisting with payroll administration, including serving as backup to the Payroll Coordinator, and related reporting
• Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents
• Supporting departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting, business, human resources, office administration, or a related field
• Minimum of six college credits in accounting
• At least one year of related experience
• Experience with accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or ERP systems preferred
• Experience maintaining records and working with detailed data preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
