Graphic Designer

Description

Avam is an applied and materials sciences company developing biology, chemistry, and materials-science products for testing, research, manufacturing, and cleaner energy applications. Working at the intersection of science and communication, the company creates products that support discovery, production, and innovation across highly technical fields. This is an opportunity to help shape how a science-driven business tells its story to customers and stakeholders through clear, credible, and engaging content.

AVAM is looking for a highly creative, proactive Graphic Designer who brings fresh ideas and has the skills to bring them to life. This role is ideal for an idea-driven designer who enjoys working across print and digital media, solving creative challenges, and developing concepts into polished, production-ready work.

You will support our Creative Brand Designer and collaborate with the broader team to create thoughtful, consistent design across the AVAM brand.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute creative concepts, from initial exploration through final production.
• Design a range of print and digital materials, including packaging, marketing collateral, presentations, stationery, signage, and more.
• Use typography, imagery, color, and layout to create clear, compelling visual communication.
• Support the development and application of AVAM’s visual identity across brand touchpoints.
• Prepare accurate, organized files for print production and digital delivery.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine ideas, incorporate feedback, and move projects forward.
• Take initiative by contributing ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and identifying opportunities to improve the work.
• Growth Opportunity

This is a high-visibility role at an established, rapidly growing company that is actively evolving its brand and strengthening its culture. You’ll join at a formative stage of that growth, with the opportunity to help shape AVAM’s creative work, make a meaningful impact on the business, and grow alongside the team.
