The Clerk – Data Entry (KhS) is maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital records by transferring data from various sources into our database systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while adhering to data confidentiality principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into computer systems and databases using keyboards, scanners, or other data entry tools.

Verify data accuracy by reviewing and comparing source documents, correcting errors, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.

Maintain and organize digital and physical records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with data governance policies.

Prepare and compile reports or spreadsheets based on entered data, ensuring precision and timeliness.

Collaborate with team members, including data analysts, customer service representatives, or supervisors in KhS, to resolve data-related inquiries.

Perform occasional administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, or scanning documents, as needed.

Assist with special projects requiring large volumes of data entry or data verification within KhS.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven experience in data entry (1-2 years preferred) or similar clerical role.
• Basic understanding of computer operations and ability to work with multiple screens.
• Proficiency certifications in Microsoft Office or data entry software are advantageous.
• Working Conditions: This position is primarily in the office based at a KhS designated location, requiring the ability to:
• Sit for extended periods while performing duties such as using a computer, reading, and writing.

• The starting compensation is expected to be: $19.00-$20.00/Hour
