About the Position
Dexis Professional Services (Dexis) is seeking one Executive Officer to provide executive leadership and oversee program performance for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT)
. This individual will act as the management authority over the contractor’s tasks and staffing portfolio and will ensure execution of assigned duties across the client’s offices.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the contractor’s executive leader and authorized interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, government management, and customer representatives.
- Oversee the full headquarters services program and its staffing portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the client’s mission and goals.
- Lead program staff and day-to-day operations, with emphasis on efficiency, risk management, innovation, and quality management.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of specific program management experience focused on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.
- Master’s degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Must hold an active SECRET personnel security clearance issued by DCSA prior to contract performance.

, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.
Dexis pay range for this role: $111,000 — $161,000 USD
