From TodayTix Group's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
TodayTix Group (TTG) is the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences, designing frictionless discovery and purchase journeys through innovative product design and industry-leading technology. Our portfolio of brands––including
TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre, Show-Score, Arthouse, Arthouse London, and
Secret Cinema
––connects millions of customers with the best in live entertainment.
Powered by vast data and insights, TTG helps theatres, producers, and cultural institutions reach highly engaged audiences and unlock meaningful revenue, transforming how tickets are sold across the world.
In 2025, TTG entered a new chapter as part of MARI
, the global events and experiences company powering world-defining live experiences. Together, we’re expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and accelerating a shared vision to redefine the event lifecycle through seamless discovery, purchase, and engagement.
We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next.
New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.
Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.
We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.
We’re looking for a curious and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager or Senior Product Manager II to join the TodayTix product team and raise the bar for how we build. TodayTix is TTG’s flagship consumer product, the mobile app and web experience connecting millions of people with the live events they love. Your work will directly shape how customers discover, purchase, and return to TodayTix.
This is an outcome ownership role, not a project execution role. The team is shifting from shipping projects to owning results, and we need someone who can pick up any problem space, build conviction quickly from ambiguity, and own it end to end. That means challenging assumptions, questioning whether work is worth doing, and reaching instinctively for AI to think and prototype along the way.
We’re open to hiring either a Senior Product Manager or Senior Product Manager II. True to our value
Let Experience Inform You, Not Confine You
, how you think and what you’ve owned matter more to us than years on paper.
Please note: This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week.
→ Within your first 30 days, you’ve taken on problem, formed a point of view, and shipped, tested or killed something real.
Measurable impact shipped
→ Initiatives launch with defined success metrics and get real post-launch analysis, including the second- and third-order “why” questions that shape the next iteration.
Decisions driven by customer insight
→ A continuous discovery loop is running where one didn’t exist, and what you learn from customers visibly changes what gets prioritized.
Focus on what matters
→ Effort has moved toward the opportunities with the greatest customer and business impact, and away from work that wasn’t paying off.
Direction from ambiguity
→ You own your problem space end to end, with a clear plan grounded in customer evidence and business priorities.
Raising the bar
→ The team ships faster and thinks more sharply because of how you frame problems, bring the right people together, and give feedback.
What You'll Do:: Own consumer product problems end to end.
Take responsibility for defined areas of the TodayTix experience and their KPIs, from identifying opportunities through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
start from customer needs and business priorities, and validate with research, experiments and AI prototypes before committing resources
Make decisions with conviction.
Develop a clear point of view with imperfect information and communicate your reasoning.
Collaborate to get things done.
Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver meaningful improvements to the customer experience.
We're Looking for Someone With:: Consumer product experience.
You’ve built products people use and know how to connect customer needs to business outcomes.
A track record of ownership.
You can explain not just what you shipped, but why it mattered and what you’d do differently.
Strong product instincts and range.
You think on your feet and can break down unfamiliar problems, even outside your expertise.
An entrepreneurial mindset.
You take initiative, question whether work is worth doing, and don’t need a fully formed brief to start.
A data-informed, customer-centric approach.
You test your thinking with evidence and change your mind when the facts change.
Practical fluency with AI.
You use AI daily to research, analyze, and prototype, and know when its output needs a second look.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
You explain your thinking clearly and bring people along without formal authority.
Startup or growth-stage experience is a big plus.
You’ve made progress without an established playbook.
A genuine enthusiasm for theatre and live entertainment.
