What You'll Do

• Join Ting Internet in Charlottesville, VA as a Fiber Sales Representative
• (Door to Door Field Sales) and help bring faster, more reliable internet to your community.
• As the face of Ting, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our award-winning fiber service, and help them upgrade their home internet experience.
• In this role, you'll: Build relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory
• Educate customers on the benefits of Ting Fiber and win sales
• Grow and manage your own sales pipeline
• Track activity using Spotio and other mobile tools
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $84,420 annually. Enjoy the stability of a base salary $27,000 base + uncapped commission. Total earnings potential range from
• $84,420 - $178,000+ (yes really, we have sales representatives earning well over 6 figures)

What You Bring

• Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or similar industry
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends when customers are home based on an assigned on a 37.5 hour weekly working schedule

This role requires traveling on foot through residential neighborhoods for extended periods throughout the workday, including walking on varied terrain (sidewalks, driveways, uneven ground) in a range of weather conditions. Experience using mobile technology and CRM tools is an asset
