Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) - Cleveland, OH

Position at Busch Funeral and Crematory Services

Build a territory that's truly yours in Cleveland.

You've put in the years. You know how to read a room, earn trust fast, and turn a conversation into a close. What you don't want anymore is to keep doing it for someone else's growth, capped by a quota you didn't set or a book of business you don't own.

In Cleveland, we are looking for a seasoned sales professional ready to do more than hit a number. This is a spot for someone who wants to carve out their own territory, build a reputation as the go-to name in this market, and grow into the kind of producer other agents look to for how it's done. You'll walk in with warm, pre-set appointments and a full team behind you. What you build from there is yours.

What you'll do (and why you'll love doing it)

• Make what you want
• Earn competitive compensation that you control by closing pre-set appointments (typical average of $80,000–$85,000 annually with no earning cap). The more territory you build, the more that number moves.
• Build a territory that's truly yours
• This isn't a rotation of leads you'll hand off someday. It's your book, your reputation, and your market to grow. Agents who take ownership here become the name Cleveland families and referral partners ask for. Community education programs and local referral marketing resources are available to you at no cost!
• Walk in with appointments already set
• A dedicated team of over 50 agents sets qualified appointments and gathers client insight before you ever sit down, so your time goes toward closing, not chasing. No cold calling, no guessing who's ready to talk.
• Advance your career
• A current life insurance license, or the drive to get one, gives you credentials that carry weight now and long after this role. Precoa's field management backs you with organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching, so you're building something independently, not alone.
