Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) looking for a rewarding outpatient opportunity where you can make a meaningful difference, expand your clinical experience, and work alongside a collaborative team?
H2 Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Chilhowie, Virginia, with opportunities to provide coverage at our Damascus and Saltville clinics.

Your Role
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and mobility-related conditions.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve movement, function, and quality of life.
Provide hands-on interventions, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient education.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes.
Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Provide clinical coverage at our Damascus and Saltville locations as needed.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based care and a collaborative team environment.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Compensation
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
