Role Overview

Patcraft is seeking a highly driven Healthcare Account Executive to lead healthcare market growth across the Washington DC Metro and Richmond markets. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, driving specification influence, expanding enterprise standards, and creating long-term profitable growth within the healthcare sector.

What You'll Do

• Drive healthcare business development across health systems, hospitals, and healthcare-focused A&D firms.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, facilities leaders, planners, designers, contractors, dealers, and procurement stakeholders.
• Execute Healthcare account plans to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities.
• Expand enterprise standards, multi-site adoption, and repeat business programs.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management discipline.
• Represent Patcraft through healthcare organizations, networking events, and industry engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of sales experience or related healthcare, commercial interiors, A&D, construction, or facilities experience.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-selling environment.
• Regular travel throughout the DC Metro and Richmond markets.
• Valid driver license.
• Strongly Preferred Experience or Skills
• Bachelor's degree.
• Salesforce or CRM experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Specification-driven sales experience.
