Beamup builds AI agents for supply chain and operations at scale. Our agents find and fix failures inside large supply chain and operations businesses: retailers, marketplaces, fulfillment operators and manufacturers. They cut through the noise in the fifteen to twenty systems our customers already run, find the failures that matter, prove what they cost, and fix the cause autonomously so it stops repeating, before the end customer ever finds out.

We are deployed in more than twenty countries, hold eleven granted AI patents, and count Fortune-100 customers.

Our Mission

To close the gap between what every customer-facing team hears and what every operations team sees. So delivery promises hold, customer loyalty compounds, and nobody starts from zero the next time the same failure comes back.

You will own Beamup’s strategic enterprise accounts from the first value case through renewal and expansion.

The Role

This is a senior customer-facing role. Your job is to make every deployment deliver, prove the value in numbers the customer’s finance team accepts, and grow the account from there. You are the executive sponsor’s named contact, the person the operators trust, and the one who runs the plan and flags problems early.

The position reports to the VP of Sales and is fully remote, based in EU. Your working day is balanced across Europe and US time zones and you should expect around 30+ days of travel a year across Europe and the US, including transatlantic trips.

Retention.

Every account converts from pilot into production and renews.

Growth.

Each agent we commission opens the door to the next one. You find the second and third missions inside the account and you close them.

The relationship.

You are the named point of contact for the executive sponsor at every account, and the person who keeps the operators on side.

ROI.

You build the value case before signature, then prove it afterwards using the customer's own numbers, in a form their finance team will accept.

The read on the account.

You understand their supply chain and their business well enough to find the openings they have not told us about yet.

Your Team:

You will be part of a customer facing team including sales, PM, and forward deployed engineers. Your job within this team will be to translate customer needs into digestible, actionable direction for the tech and product teams.

How you are measured:

Net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and Time-to-value

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years in enterprise software or consulting, with at least three of them owning named accounts and the outcomes attached to them.
• A consulting background on the vendor side is the strongest fit: professional services, solutions consulting, delivery or presales at an enterprise software company. Supply chain practices at the large consultancies and the specialist boutiques are also a fit.
• Domain depth in one of three areas: supply chain operations, supply chain data, or data and cloud infrastructure.
• You have worked with $1B+ enterprises, and you are credible in a room with Supply Chain executives in the morning and a data engineering team in the afternoon.
• A project management instinct. You run a plan, you chase the dependency nobody else noticed, and you tell the customer bad news early.
• A record of retention and expansion you can describe with numbers, including one account that nearly went wrong and what you did about it.
• Comfortable holding a technical conversation about data without needing to write code yourself.
• Helpful, Not Required
• SQL, data modelling, or working familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You are comfortable building the process while running it.
• Experience across both US and European enterprise accounts.
