Role Overview

As a Seasonal Scanning & Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be to digitize and manage client documents during our peak season. You will also assist with administrative tasks and provide occasional front desk coverage. This role is essential in keeping our workflows efficient and supporting both team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Digitize client documents by scanning and uploading to electronic database
• Maintain electronic files and assist with document organization
• Review scanned documents for legibility and accuracy
• Provide clerical and administrative support to team members as needed
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and efficient manner as needed, particularly when providing front desk coverage
• Professionally answer and redirect telephone calls in a busy environment as needed
• Assist with setup of snacks and/or meals for client meetings when requested

Preferred Qualifications

• Part-time availability from early February to mid-April (full-time availability in March is a plus)
• Passion for providing excellent service and support
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and scanning equipment
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Previous experience in clerical, administrative support, or scanning roles is a plus
