$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
The Dentistry Collection is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!
Dr. Timothy R. Garofolo’s vision has redefined what it means to deliver exceptional dental care—rooted in core values, powered by technology, and dedicated to creating an unparalleled guest experience.
Competitive Pay:
$60-65hr, based on experience, PLUS monthly bonus and $5k sign on bonus!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm

What are the must haves to join the team?
Ability to work accelerated Hygiene- with a provided and dedicated assistant
Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base.
New Grads welcome to apply! A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
CPR certification.
Certification in local anesthesia administration

Responsibilities
Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist
As a vital clinical partner, you will elevate patient health by providing preventive care, education, and a seamless clinical experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
- Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
- Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
- Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
- Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
- Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
- Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
- ✅ Required Qualifications: Experienced preferred - open to a new grad.
- CA license, Laser certification a plus!
