Spring Oak Christiansburg is seeking compassionate and dependable

Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our resident care team. If you enjoy helping seniors and making a meaningful difference each day, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:: Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, according to their care plans.

Provide compassionate support and companionship while promoting residents’ dignity and independence.

Assist with mobility and daily routines as needed.

Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate supervisor.

Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:: Caregiver certificate and completion of applicable training courses.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compassion, patience, and an understanding of the aging process.

Dependability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Availability to work the scheduled shift and every other weekend.

Shifts:: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

All positions include every other weekend.
