Executive Assistant, Apple Ads

We’re looking for a smart, motivated and experienced executive assistant to support two Directors for Apple Ads. This role is responsible for managing and prioritizing their calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring their time is spent productively and efficiently.

Description

This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, exercise critical thinking, and provide effective solutions while upholding a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Optimizing Directors productivity by efficiently managing their calendar, prioritizing tasks and deadlines, while maintaining a keen understanding of key priorities.
• Providing administrative support such as organizing travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and filing expense reports correctly and efficiently.
• Serving as a project manager on meetings and events, ensuring events are driven with excellence and programs are continuously improved.
• Acting as a central point of contact for the Directors, facilitating productive communication between them and their teams.
• Planning, coordinating, and appropriately sharing details for meetings and events.
• Working closely with our global administrative support team sharing standard methodologies and recommending changes to ongoing processes in order to improve organizational efficiency.  We are looking for someone who is able to understand the business and see the “big picture” — someone who can excel while working in a complex, fast paced, and ever-changing work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years experience supporting Senior level management in an administrative capacity
• Experience with executive project management

• Able to understand assignments and complete them with little to no follow up from assigned leaders
• Commitment to excellence, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Able to be organized and innovative in ambiguous situations
• Resourceful and able to work collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal skills with a strong sense of professionalism
• High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Apple products and programs such as Calendar, Numbers and Keynote

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $37.42 and $65.24/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
