: Full-time, hybrid role

🔍 About Us

CorePlan was born in Perth, Western Australia, and has since gone global. With another office in Vancouver and a team across 12 countries, we support customers around the world. Our cloud-native platform replaces legacy systems and spreadsheets with one intuitive, integrated tool that helps mining teams and their contractors plan, run and track their drilling programs.

We were recently named

Western Australia Tech Company of the Year 2026

, an award that belongs to our whole team. We obsess over the customer experience and refuse to be lumped in with clunky enterprise software. Our goal is software that's as easy to use as the modern apps you rely on every day.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to shape how our customer-facing teams learn, sell and win. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will set the enablement strategy and own how our sellers are onboarded, trained, coached and supported, so they ramp faster, follow a consistent process and close more business with mining and drilling customers.

This is a chance to build the enablement function from the ground up. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success across Australia, EMEA, North America and Latin America, and your work will have a direct, measurable impact on revenue.

🛠

What You Will Do

• Design and own the sales enablement strategy and roadmap, aligned to our revenue and go-to-market goals
• Assess current sales capability, spot the gaps and set clear priorities with sales leadership
• Redesign and run a scalable onboarding program for new sales hires across all regions, with clear 30, 60 and 90 day plans and ramp milestones
• Lead the rollout of the SPICED methodology through training, certification and call reviews
• Build a coaching framework that helps sales leaders coach their teams consistently
• Use Gong insights to identify skill gaps and share what great looks like across the team
• Own our sales content and knowledge base in Notion, including playbooks, sequences, case studies and one pagers
• Drive best practice use of our sales tech stack, including HubSpot, Gong, Fluint, PandaDoc, Clay and Lusha
• Lead sales readiness for product releases and pricing changes, and keep the Sales to Customer Success handover clear
• Define how enablement success is measured and report on impact, including ramp time, win rates and quota attainment
• 🙌

What You Will Bring

• At least 3 years in sales enablement, sales training or sales leadership in B2B, including building programs from scratch
• A proven track record of improving seller performance, such as faster ramp time or higher win rates
• Experience setting strategy and influencing senior stakeholders
• A strong understanding of the full B2B sales cycle, ideally from time in a quota-carrying role
• Excellent written communication and the ability to turn complex information into clear, practical resources
• Confidence presenting, facilitating and coaching at all levels, including sales leaders
• Hands-on CRM experience, ideally HubSpot
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bonus Points If You Have
• Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDIC or a similar sales methodology
• Experience with Gong or other conversation intelligence tools
• Experience supporting sales teams across multiple regions and time zones
• Exposure to mining, drilling, resources or industrial sectors
• 🚀
• Why Our Team Loves Working Here
• High Impact & Real Autonomy
• You will be building our enablement function from day one, with the freedom to shape it your way
• Your programs will show up directly in ramp times, win rates and revenue
• Collaborative & Fast-Paced
• Work side by side with our CRO and sales leaders, plus Marketing, Product and Customer Success
• Support a global sales team across four regions, selling into a high value industry
• Vibrant Culture
• Join a close-knit team of self-starters who back each other and celebrate the wins together
• Be part of a growing tech company with real momentum shaping the future of mining tech
• Modern office space, with vibrant office culture - music, pets, snacks and team events
• 🚀
