Position Responsibilities: Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization, positioning the company for future growth and innovation Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviews Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner Communicate all company and department-related issues as required Lead assigned staff to include: Interview, Recruiting, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote and when necessary discipline Manage and build
